Our recoloring service begins with thorough cleaning and deep conditioning, followed by hand-dyeing by our artisans. The sole edge and heel are also refinished and recolored to match. Lastly, the shoes are polished with wax to make them look even better than new. The usual required time is 4-6 weeks but the actual turnaround time depends on the current store workload.
Recoloring is only available from lighter tones to darker shades.
Final results may vary depending on the unique texture and original condition of the leather.

Leather Healer's liability to any accidental loss or damage related to repair service is limited to $1500HKD.
Leather Healer provides a 3-month storage service for all leather shoes that have received our repair service. The storage service starts from the day the repair service is completed. If the shoes are not collected after 3 months, we may handle them ourselves without further notice. Leather Healer is not liable to any loss or damage related to long-term storage, such as mould or stains, etc.
