Delivery Information

  • In-store Pickup

    In-store pickup is available for all orders.

    Please select Pickup in store at the checkout page and select your preferred store location.

    Stock transfer requires 2-4 working days if item is not available in the preferred store.

    Confirmation email will be sent once the order is ready for pickup.

  • Domestic Shipping

    Free delivery is available for orders over $3000HKD (after discount).

    Our standard delivery method is Freight Collect via SF Express. Shipping fee is paid by customer at the time you collect the parcel.

    The shipping fee may varies depending on the weight of your shipment and delivery address.

  • Overseas Shipping (China, Macau & Taiwan)

    Free delivery is available for orders over $3000HKD (after discount).

    Our standard delivery method is SF Express.

    The shipping fee may varies depending on the weight of your shipment and delivery address.

  • Overseas Shipping (Rest of World)

    Free delivery is available for orders over $6000HKD (after discount).

    All orders will be sent via EMS Speed POST.

    The shipping fee may varies depending on the weight of your shipment and delivery address.

    Taxes will be calculated based on the delivery country and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping Date

    Depending on the time at which the order was placed, we will ship your order the same day or at the earliest available day. (**Some items share inventory with our warehouse and may require extra time to be prepared for shipping**)

    Please contact us if you prefer a specified delivery date.

    Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next available business day.
Please note we are unable to respond to inquiries regarding shipping during weekends or holidays.

  • Ordering Information

    After confirming inventory, items will be shipped within 1 to 3 days, excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays.
Please note that we may not be able to ship your order on your requested date and time during peak season such as sale periods.
Please note we do not ship items together in a shared box.

  • Issuance of Receipt

    If you wish to pay online via credit card or Paypal, we will issue a purchase receipt and invoice for your order.

  • Changing the delivery address after an order has been placed

    If you wish to change your delivery address before your order is confirmed, please contact us at “sales@leatherhealer.com”. We will respond to your request individually.
If your order has already been confirmed and picked up by the delivery company, we will be unable to change the delivery address.
Under this circumstance, if you have a request regarding your delivery address, please contact your nearest delivery office with your “Shipping Slip Number" in the confirmation email.

  • Wrapping and Packaging

    We provide simple gift wrapping at request. Please contact us at “sales@leatherhealer.com” & request "WRAPPING” after the order has been placed.
