Exchange Policy

  • Exchange

    We offer one-time exchange within 7 days of purchase. You can exchange your item for different size or different items of equivalent value to the original product. Returned items must be in their original condition with tags still attached. Discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged.

  • Returns and Cancellations

    We do not accept any cancellations of products / sizes after the order has been completed. Please check the confirmation screen before completing your order to ensure there are no errors.
    In the event of prolonged absence or refusal to accept delivery after confirmation and
    shipment, we reserve the right to decline future orders or reshipment. Should an
    order be returned to us due to unavailability, the associated return shipping charges
    will be applied to your account.

    We do not accept exchanges, cancellations, or returns in cases where the product
    slightly deviates from the displayed image or fails to meet anticipated expectations.

  • Damage and Scratches on Accessories

    Returns and exchanges due to damage to the product's outer box or packaging will not be accepted.


  • Changing Payment Method after Order Completion

    We do not accept change in payment methods after an order is placed.

  • Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

    1. It has been more than 7 days since the receipt of the item.
    2. Item(s) have been used, worn, altered, washed, or cleaned.
    3. Item(s) original product tags, labels, and other official packaging that is enclosed at the time of shipment have been removed or lost.
    4. Item(s) have been worn by the customer for a period of time, have a strong smell, are stained or scratched, or have been damaged or lost during shipping.
    5. Item(s) are returned with damage that was not referenced by the customer prior to the return - This includes damage to the box or significant damage to the packaging that was not present at the time of delivery.
    6. Merchandise for which the pre-sealed packaging has been opened.
    7. Items that are not subject to our return/exchange policy, such as gift bags, gift boxes, sale items, pre-order items, custom order items, innerwear, socks, etc.
