This service covers the replacement of the heel top lift, with both rubber and classic combination (leather & rubber) options available. The usual required time is 10-14 days but the actual turnaround time depends on the current store workload.
Heel base reinforcement is required if the leather heel stack shows signs of wear. (+$150HKD)
Prices vary depending on the material and the thickness selected.

Leather Healer's liability to any accidental loss or damage related to repair service is limited to $1500HKD.
Leather Healer provides a 3-month storage service for all leather shoes that have received our repair service. The storage service starts from the day the repair service is completed. If the shoes are not collected after 3 months, we may handle them ourselves without further notice. Leather Healer is not liable to any loss or damage related to long-term storage, such as mould or stains, etc.
